Mark Nemger
has 22 years of professional experience in land development
planning, site planning and design, and landscape architecture.
He is responsible for directing DSW senior staff members
on all land planning and urban design projects. Mark
has a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design
and Urban Planning. He has completed a variety
of projects ranging from large scale master plans for
new towns and college campuses to small scale, mixed
use, urban and streetscape design. Mark has also
prepared landscape visual analysis reports for urban
freeways and scenic road visual assessments for environmental
preservation. Mark’s combination of urban,
rural, large and small scale master and site planning
experience provides DSW with the creative service and
value our public and private sector clients desire.
